  My heart is set, fixed and prepared to seek and embrace the Law of the Lord, regardless of the situation, to uphold and live by it, to teach and proclaim His statutes and ordinances always.    

My passion (Heartbeat) is to prepare        YOU (the believer) for victory in the journey of life through biblically based Outreaches, Trainings, Seminars, Conferences and Communities of Support.

Tayo Fagbenro is a Global Missions Leader and Development Consultant with over thirty years Mission and professional experience in twenty-seven countries, including more than twelve years in Afghanistan and five years concurrently in Pakistan, assisting Churches, Christian Ministries, businesses and community development organizations in vision development, leadership, discipleship, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, community and organizational development. He has served as Consultant to Multilateral, international and non-governmental organizations including United Nations Development Program, World Bank, World Food Program, World Vision, World Compassion, The Life Link, HUDA Development Organization etc. His desire is to see Christians and Christian organizations impact the society and Marketplace and bring holistic sustainable transformation to communities. His Ministry is focused on the expository teaching and application of the Word of God in every sphere of life, particularly in ministry and business. He is deeply committed to prayer, discipleship, Christian governance and leadership development. Tayo is a committed disciple of Jesus Christ with excellent Christ-like servant leadership qualities. His passion is to foster and enhance high-impact holistic sustainable development projects in Asia nations through enhancing partnerships between public, private, and faith-based development organizations. He has demonstrated capacity to work in difficult and hard terrains. During his tenure in Afghanistan he demonstrated his Christ-like leadership qualities by training, teaching, accommodating, sending to school and making the lives of twenty-three (23) boys, who were from the village and sold on the streets better through holistic living. They lived with him for three and a half years and became full followers of Jesus Christ against all odds.

Charles is Lead Minister and founder of CrossPassion Ministries International, a ministry launched in the Fall of 2016 in obedience to Christ, with a burden for effective discipleship throughout the Kingdom. CrossPassion is also committed to demonstrating and expanding the Father’s redemptive love and mobilizing believers to advance the Gospel to the unreached. Charles holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a Master’s of Art degree in Communication, Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is also a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has served as a Pastor for over two decades. Charles developed significant leadership abilities as both Lead and Associate Pastor with ministries in Africa, Europe, and North America. God’s call on his life has always been undergirded by intercessory prayers, preserving his passion for effective discipleship. As a reflection of the Father's redemptive love, the nurturing of healthy family relationships in the context of a local church remains the defining element of more than two decades of Pastoral ministry. In the last 5 years, he has served as Director of International Missions at Capital Church, Vienna, Virginia. In this capacity, Charles helped strengthen the culture of a healthy local church that developed strong, short-term mission teams, as an expression of Christ’s compassion and grace. These teams were instrumental in providing aid to communities in Haiti that were severely affected by the devastation of the January 2010 earthquake. Charles also serves as Executive Director of ENI-Espwa Nouvel International, a non-profit organization he co-founded in 2012. ENI’s mission to reverse the cycle of poverty in communities of developing countries is realized through the training and modeling of effective leadership and sustainable entrepreneurial skills, especially among young adults "aging-out" of orphanages and children's homes. Charles has been happily married to his college sweetheart, Adekemi, for 19 years and their union is blessed with two sons – William Oluwasemilore and Kenneth Oluwatosin. The family resides in Sterling, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, D.C., where they have lived since relocating from the United Kingdom in 2004.

I am a Light Ambassador, plowing this garden with other co-laborers and our Master Jesus to bring forth much fruit to the glory of our Lord, Savior and Master's name. Enjoy plowing and remain determined not to look back because whoever looks back is not worthy of the Kingdom- remember the story of Lot's wife and how her destiny was terminated for not staying the course. We will finish strong and fulfill our destinies in Jesus name. God bless.

  As a witness to God’s faithfulness, I’ve gone through the fire and flood of life and I have enjoyed the faithfulness of God at every turn. As an ambassador of the cross, my face is set like a flint to shine forth The Light through life’s journey and to cheer others on. Called into the health care field as a registered nurse, I have worked in several parts of the world including some of the Pacific Island countries while sharing my faith and witnessing of God's goodness to all within my circle of influence. My passion remains to join my fellow laborers in the vineyard to plow the field, prune the garden, tarry with my fellow brethren as we watch the Lord of the harvest continue to pour out his rain of blessings on us.   

  Seyi is an evidence of the faithfulness of God. Her life is a living testimony and continues to reflect the scripture 'He will neither leave us nor forsake us' She has been given so much and The Lord has put a desire in her heart to go forth and tell the world about his 'unconditional love' 

As a child of our Lord Jesus Christ, her life continues to reflect the love of God and she holds dear the belief that we can win any battle, destroy any yoke, break any chain and be overcomers because Jesus Christ has won the battle for us on the Cross of Calvary.        She was charged with empowering 

‘Single Mothers’ for 11 years at her home church and this ministry encouraged single mothers and equipped them to reach their maximum potential in Christ Jesus.              

She is the founder of the ministry 'MA2S'- The Amalgamation of 2 Souls, commissoned with the vision to assist married men and women 'keep the fire burning' in their marriages.
